The CSWG recommends that generic references to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Interagency Report (IR) 7628, Guidelines for Smart Grid Cyber Security and ASAP-SG Security Profile for Third Party Access be removed.  In place of the generic reference to NISTIR 7628, more in-depth security and privacy guidelines based on specific High-Level Security Requirements in the NISTIR 7628 should be provided in this or another document for the sensitive interactions between Energy Service Providers and other entitites.
