How to communicate 'greenness' of energy during an interval

Details

Some consumers may want to change their consumption pattern to maximize their use of 'green' energy.  Other consumers will want to change their consumption pattern to minimize their cost of energy.

The ESPI model already allows data custodians to provide an optional cost for each interval reading; that addresses the cost driven customers.

I would like to extend the model to allow an optional property of an interval reading to indicate the supplier's generation source fuel mix for each interval.  This measure addresses the green energy driven customers.
