Details
Per the GreenButtonAuthorization.doc storyboard etc., requesting the Scope Selection page be moved (mandatory and/or optional) to the Data Custodian site as opposed to the 3rd party site. 
 
Concerns as far as how the 3rd party knows what scope of data elements etc. would be provided by Data Custodian for GBCMD.  Also, would prefer such options live with Data Custodian in the event the scope of data elements could change in the future (e.g. Data Custodian adds new data elements for sharing etc.).
