Requesting importing 'ReadCycle' element from Common Info Model (under Usage Point) to ESPI's Usage Point and Usage Summary.  This data element (string) addresses representation of the meter reading periods.  In addition to inclusion under Usage Point, also requesting inclusion in Usage Summary so as to potentially represent history of Meter Read Cycle if needed, whereby it may change occasionally from bill to bill.
