The UtilityAMI membership voted to approve the 2008 Home Area Network System Requirements Specification in March.  Since then minor updates to fix gramatical and spelling errors have been made and to add an endorsements section.  The current version can be found at http://www.utilityami.org/ and in the shared document area.
