Description

[Issue]: SOAP attachment style operation needed for some WSDL to deal with large payload such as MeterReading

[Solution]: New operation with name suffix “Attachment” using MTOM added to handle large payload. Two more XSDs added: xmlmime.xsd and StandardAttachment.xsd
