April 14-16 OpenSG Meeting Registration
As part of FPL’s standard security process we require that visitors register with FPL prior to receiving admission to FPL facilities. Please register using the following link: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=6Mav_2bfAN4Fkl7b_2bdHTGQIw_3d_3d. You will need to provide the following information:
· Name
· Company Affiliation
· Dates from - to
Attendees that do not register will be escorted into the facility which is time consuming and considering the number of visitors will delay entry.
Hotel Information
Please see below a list of hotels located near the FPL facility (General Office) in which we will be hosting the upcoming April UCA meetings.
We were able to acquire the FPL rate for a limited number of rooms. These rooms will be reserved on a first come, first served basis, so I recommend making reservations early in order to lock in the rate.
In order to get the FPL Corporate Rate, when the attendees call have them ask for the Group Code for FPL - Named (FPL Group) Rate program code- FPCC.

From I-95:
- Take SR-836 WEST exit number 3A towards AIRPORT/MEDICAL/CIVIC CENTER.
- Merge onto FL-836 W.
- On SR-836, follow signs and exit on NW 87 Avenue SOUTH.
- Take NW 87 Avenue SOUTH to W. Flagler Street.
- Turn right onto W. Flagler Street.
- Turn LEFT onto SW 92 Avenue.
From Miami International Airport:
- Exiting from the airport, follow signs for Coral Gables/Lejeune Rd. SOUTH.
- On Lejeune Rd. South, follow signs to SR-836 WEST.
- Merge onto SR-836 West.
- On SR-836, follow signs and exit on NW 87 Avenue SOUTH.
- Take NW 87 Avenue SOUTH to W. Flagler Street.
- Turn right onto W. Flagler Street.
- Turn LEFT onto SW 92 Avenue.
For Visitors, when you reach the General Office:
- On SW 92 Avenue go past the crosswalk light and turn right at the first entrance into the fenced parking lot.
- Go to the stop sign and turn right before the sidewalk.
- Go through the guard gate to Visitor's parking.
- Enter the building through the double doors (not the revolving doors).
- Sign in at the visitors desk.
- When you leave, you will be given a token to exit visitor's parking.
