Bio

Ms. Goodrich is actively involved in the IEC WG14, WG16 and WG19 teams and she is Vice-Chair of the IEEE-PES CIM TF. Under contract to EPRI and the UCA, Ms. Goodrich provides her services as Test Director for the industry interoperability testing and the coordination of the findings with the industry and standards organizations.  Ms. Goodrich served in an advisory capacity on the NERC DEWG committee and worked with the EPRI CCAPI organization and the IEC to establish industry standards surrounding software, integration and data exchange.  She served on the IEC WG13 TF for 2 years and as Co-Chair of the Utility Task Force of the Object Management Group (OMG), Ms. Goodrich was instrumental in the acceptance of the DAF and DAIS standards.   Ms. Goodrich has consulted on CIM subject matter expertise, project management and strategic consulting to several clients including EPRI, Cleco, COES-SINAC (in Peru), ERCOT, KCPL and other power utilities.   In Feb, 2001, she was awarded a patent for the Operational Database Maintenance System (ODMS) product that was developed during her tenure with PsyCor International, Inc.
