Bio
Jim Horstman manages the database administration and business intelligence support groups with the Technology Delivery and Maintenance (TDM) department of Southern California Edison's (SCE) Information Technology and Business Integration (IT&BI) business unit.  In addition, as part of SCE's Enterprise Information Management (EIM) organization, Jim has a lead role in the implementation of Data Governance.  Prior experience includes roles as a system architect for the Transmission and Distribution application portfolio. In this role Jim was involved in the implementation of the use of the CIM for integration between various applications.  Jim has a bachelor degree in Mathematics from California State University, Los Angeles and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
